Wag & Shine is looking for full-time and part-time groomers in New Jersey!

Wag & Shine is an upscale mobile grooming salon with the mission of making grooming a happy experience – happy for the dogs, happy for our clients, and happy for our team members.  

Our full-time groomers enjoy an extremely attractive compensation plan (W-2),with the opportunity to earn $75,000-$85,000 through a combination of a guaranteed base salary + commission + tips.  In addition, we offer healthcare benefits, paid-time off, performance bonuses, tool sharpening, and an allowance for continuing education classes. 

Our part-time groomers earn $350-500 day, and also enjoy a highly attractive  compensation plan inclusive of guaranteed base salary, tips, and performance bonuses.
